What We Solve
Most mission-driven companies aren't struggling because of weak leadership.

I'm a Xennial. We had a classic analog childhood.
We used actual encyclopedias, call waiting, *69, and waiting for the modem to boot up as it crackles awake.

Then we jumped into a digital adulthood. In the middle of a major recession, a mortgage crisis, and a professional world that resisted "New Media." So what, we looked crazy. Selfies became a thing along with Memes. LMAOs, LOLs, and BRBs.
As shared the value of this new medium, gaining credibility and trust in traditional workplaces was a real barrier for our generation. The less we felt seen, the more we leaned into creating something for ourselves.

Social media and technology became the means for us to build businesses, communities, and freelance careers. This generational gap became an opportunity gap for many. Older colleagues felt pressured to change faster than felt safe. Younger ones felt ignored when they tried to help.
The real barrier to digital adoption is never the tools. It is the absence of someone who understands the old way well enough to honor it, and the new way well enough to translate it. Research confirms only 16% of digital transformation initiatives succeed in delivering lasting results — not because the tools aren't there, but because the leadership capability to bridge them is still scarce.

The most effective digital leaders aren't the most technical. They're the most human. That is what we are here to do — provide you with the skills and understanding to take your leadership digital.
My goal is simple: share what I've learned so we can all be of maximum service.
If any of this resonates — don't forget to CC:Me.
